Control multiple licences within an organization
A single licence is sometimes not enough: If your organization or company has several projects running the same day, you probably want multiple licences on different computers. With our new prices you can do this without breaking the budget.
And to keep the accountants happy, you can also pay through regular company incoicing.
Tag the computers from the Dashboard
The online user-dashboard gives you the control you need for multiple licences. By tagging the computer with a unique name, you can see from the dashboard which computer is currently holding the licence. If this computer is not needed for a project, you can then release this licence and install it on a new computer
Below is an example of how the user-dashboard can look. We have given the computers unique names so that we know where the licences are used.
Key | Product | Usage status | Release | Computer name |
---|---|---|---|---|
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx | CueTimer | in use | X | MSI Laptop #1 |
yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy | CueTimer | in use | X | MSI Laptop #3 |
zzzz-zzzz-zzzz-zzzz | CueTimer | in use | X | Macbook Pro #5 |
Workfow example: AV-rental company
Let us say you work in an AV-company that has Easyjob as a resource management software. What I would do then, is to tag the computer-name to the same as found in the inventory in Easyjob. Then you know exactly where you have the licences So, for example, from the table above, if you know that MSI Laptop #1 is currently on repair, you might want to release this licence and install it on a new computer.
Here is a video on how to use the User-dashboard:
